What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to relax, restore balance, and release tension. During a session, light touch or hands placed just above the body help guide energy in a way that encourages deep relaxation and a sense of calm.
Many people experience Reiki as a quiet reset for the nervous system—helping them slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create space for emotional and physical ease.
You don’t need to know anything about energy work to benefit from Reiki. Simply arriving with an open mind and a willingness to rest is enough.

• Use gentle hands-on or hands-above Reiki techniques to support relaxation and energetic balance throughout the body.
• Hold a quiet, supportive presence that encourages your nervous system to soften and your body to settle.
• Offer a session guided by intuition and your unique needs in that moment—each experience unfolds naturally, and there is no right or wrong way to receive Reiki.
• Allow space at the end of the session for reflection, helping you leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded.

Reiki became part of my healing journey as I explored ways to care for my wellbeing more holistically. What began as a personal practice deepened into a path of supporting others in their own healing and self-discovery.
My intention is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to truly relax.
